I led the strategic positioning for Shopify Balance, Shopify’s native financial account built for entrepreneurs. I defined the narrative framework that guided go-to-market efforts across multiple channels. Below are select examples of my work, including a scripted YouTube launch video and assets developed for performance marketing and lifecycle campaigns.
I also led campaign work on Shopify Capital, which provides business loans to Shopify merchants up to $200M USD.
